Description
Calendula infused oil is a highly therapeutic, soothing and calming oil, used for healthy-looking skin and also ideal for baby skincare. It is a highly therapeutic macerated oil made with 20% calendula flowers infused in high linoleic sunflower seed oil.
Calendula also supports the skin’s natural ability to heal itself.
Calendula oil has all the benefits of calendula cream, but as it is just simply calendula infused in a base oil, it is without any other unwanted ingredients.
Processing
- Calendula flowers are infused in sunflower seed oil for 2 weeks, and gently stirred to encourage the therapeutic properties from the flowers to infuse into the oil.
- The oil is then filtered for the final product.
- This process is heat-free, to minimize any damage to the delicate properties of the plant materials.
Ingredients
Calendula flowers infused in pure high linoleic sunflower seed oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for Use
- Apply to skin or hair as often as desired.
- The oil be used neat, or you can mix with another carrier oil and / or add essential oils as required.
Precautions
- Do not take internally.
- Patch test before use.
- Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
