Grapefruit essential oil is uplifting, energizing and stimulating, rich in vitamin C and high in limonene (approx. 90%). It has a refreshing, citrus, zesty aroma, and is one of the essential oils in our Happiness blend, to uplift your spirits and help you feel positive and keep smiling.
Grapefruit essential oil is an excellent detoxifier and supports the detox, elimination and lymph systems. It is also useful for healthy circulation and healthy water retention levels.
In skincare, grapefruit essential oil is a cleansing, purifying and toning oil, especially beneficial for the skin’s detoxifying routine. Safe for those with oily, congested skin and those prone to eczema and other skin issues.

Ingredients
100% pure grapefruit essential oil – nothing else is added.
Suggestions for Use
- Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
- Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
- Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
- Patch test before use on the skin.
Blending Suggestion
Grapefruit blends well with other citrus oils, frankincense, peppermint, rosemary, ylang ylang, lavender.

- Phototoxic over 4% dilution therefore avoid exposing skin to sunlight for 12 hours after use.
