Body/ Skincare
Well suited for use as an everyday body moisturiser & an excellent lubricant for the skin. The most popular massage oil used in aromatherapy, helps relieve muscular pain, especially when applied warm. This oil can be applied direct to the skin, or blended with essential oils for an aromatic body or massage oil.
Hair care
Helps control hair loss, dandruff & soothes dry, flaky scalps. For a conditioning treatment, warm one tablespoon of oil, rub into the hair & scalp, then leave for 2-3 hours before washing out
DIY/Tips
Particularly rich in zinc, the deficiency of which causes brittle nails & white spots to appear. Apply a drop of warm oil on the nails & rub into the cuticles to improve nail health.
Skin Types
Suitable for sensitive, dry, mature & sun-damaged skin. May be used on babies & children. Best avoided by those with oily, combination skin or acne, in favour of light-weight carrier oils.

Cold-pressed & filtered without the use of solvents from the dried sweet almond kernels.
By contrast, the chemically extracted product is often misleadingly sold as cold-pressed.
A chemical extraction process significantly reduces the nutritional value of the oil.
