How to take

Adults dilute 5-10 drops in 100ml of water or juice, stir thoroughly. Consume at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, 1-3 times a day (children over 8 years, half dose) or as your healthcare professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. Irritating to eyes and skin. Never use undiluted or put in or near eyes. In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical assistance.
